1. Soak the birdnest for 1/2 hour.
2. Add fresh milk and some water. Then, cook with birdnest for 3 hours by using slow cooker.
3. After that, add little rock sugar.
Tips: Don't add too much rock sugar. Eat too sweet not good for health.
